On my first visit, I'll do an initial home cleaning. Because these cleanings are tougher and take longer than a maintenance cleaning, there is an additional fee for the first home cleaning. After the initial visit, I will work with you to create a regular maintenance cleaning time that is convenient to your schedule.
For my weekly and bi-weekly clients, I'll schedule cleaning services that will allow you and your family a day you can depend on for your cleaning. You will have the same day of the week for every cleaning. Example: every other Thursday. For once-a-month cleanings, I will make every effort to schedule your cleaning around the same day each month. Example: the first Friday of each month.

Whole House:
- Dusting
- Remove cobwebs
- Vacuum all carpets
- Change sheets if needed
- Dust ceiling fans
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
- Wipe window sills
- Clean glass doors
- Clean prints on windows/doors
- Remove all garbage
- Reline waste baskets
- Wash all floors
Bathrooms:
- Clean/sanitize sinks
- Clean/sanitize tubs, shower, toilet
- Clean mirrors
- Dust light fixtures and bulbs
- Wash Floors
Kitchen:
- Clean all counter tops
- Clean inside/outside microwave
- Wipe down cabinet facings
- Clean all appliances outside
- Polish stainless steel appliances
- Clean glass doors
- Clean/sanitize/polish sinks
- Wash floors

These cleanings will include all the services performed during maintenance cleanings, plus the following:
- Clean all wall hangings (if applicable)
- Remove books and clean bookshelves (if applicable)
- Wet-wash baseboards and door facings
- Clean window sills
- Clean light fixtures
- Clean outsides of cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms
- Clean ceiling fans
- Dust vents
- Vacuum/sweep under beds and furniture (if accessible)
- and more
After your initial cleaning I will maintain the following on an as-needed basis:
- Clean wall hangings
- Clean doors
- Clean baseboards
- Remove books from bookshelves and clean
- Clean tile
- Clean cabinet facings
Additional Cleaning Services
- Inside refrigerator/freezer: $25
- Inside oven: $25
- Windows: $5 inside & out; standard size; ground floor

- Laundry: $7.50 per standard washer load - washed, dried, folded. Shirts and slacks are $2.50 each - washed, dried, ironed, hung up.
