What's Included? And for how much?
Initial home cleaning: First-time house cleanings can take longer than usual to clean depending on the size of your home and how much work is involved. This gives me the opportunity to do a deeper clean of your home. Initial home cleaning starts at $80 for small homes. For larger homes, the initial cleaning rate will be higher.
Once-a-month cleaning: starting at $80 (small homes)
Move-in/move out cleaning: starting at $100
One-time thorough cleaning: starting at $100
Rental property cleaning: The average rate for a small one bedroom, one bath apartment is $150. This includes refrigerator, oven and inside windows.
Seasonal cleaning: This service can be customized to fit your needs. The rate depends on the services you need.
Before/after party cleaning and party assistance: Please contact me for a free estimate.
Additional services:
Refrigerator/freezer cleaning: $25
Oven cleaning: $25
Windows:$5 per standard window (inside & out) on ground level or contact me if you have something different and would like a quote. Laundry: $7.50 per standard washer load - washed, dried, folded. Shirts and slacks are $2.50 each - washed, dried, ironed, hung up.

What to do before your house cleaner arrives:
The best way to prepare for your cleaner is to straighten up as much as possible. That way the cleaner can focus her efforts on cleaning up dust and grime, not putting things in their places. It's best if people pick up or straighten up their items, like toys and clothes.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Once I take a reservation, I hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your timeframe.
